POWERBALL HCI-TT provides white light specifically for outdoor lighting. Its white light, similar to that of a halogen lamp, shows the surroundings in their natural colours and is very pleasant on the eye. This effect also gives people an increased sense of security.

• Metal halide lamps with round ceramic arc tubes for operation in normal NAV luminaires* with NAV control gear and igniters*
• Warm White light colour 830 WDL (3000 K)

Operation:

• *The lamps may only be operated in fully enclosed luminaires. In the rare case that an arc tube shatters, the luminaire must be able to retain all the hot pieces of ceramic or glass
• *Where possible, use a timer igniter (switch-off time of at least 15 minutes). Otherwise, switch off the luminaire for at least 15 minutes if a brief interruption has occurred to the mains voltage supply
• *HCI -TT lamps are not approved for operation on reduced power
